Just as we are required to improve and maintain our physical fitness, we need to develop our mental fitness, too

Mental fitness is your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with a positive mindset, rather than a negative one. Because we are able to create new pathways in our brains, we are able to build mental muscles, just as we can build physical muscles through exercise.

Our Peak Performance of a Positive Mind programme will help you build core mental muscles that enable you to:

The annual programme is split into two parts:

Part 1: A 7-week programme to build your mental fitness, delivered primarily through the Positive Intelligence (PQ) app. You will receive weekly video lessons, guided exercises to build your mental muscles, and weekly group coaching sessions led by our coaches to help you reflect and explore further. You will also receive a personal saboteur assessment and weekly support emails. 

Part 2: 10 monthly one-to-one, 30-minute online coaching sessions. This will support your performance, wellbeing and ongoing mental fitness development for the remainder of the annual programme. You will also retain access to the app for the duration of your programme.

The PQ programme you will complete in Part 1 has been developed by Positive Intelligence, an organisation led by best-selling author, executive coach and Stanford lecturer, Shirzad Chamine. During your PQ programme, we’ll connect you to fellow learners via the app, helping you stay accountable as you discover more through the benefit of shared learning and experiences. Our coaching will provide encouragement, support and guide reflection that enables you to achieve your peak performance.

What's Included?

Over the 7-week Positive Intelligence course, strengthening your mental muscles for just 15 minutes a day will build the neural pathways to shift your mindset. It will give you the foundation to thrive in the areas of your life that matter most to you. During the programme, you'll have:

Upon completion of your initial PQ programme, you will benefit from 10 monthly online 1:1 coaching sessions with our coaches. You will also retain access to the Positive Intelligence app for the full duration of your Peak Performance of a Positive Mind annual programme.

Once you've signed up, you will be sent further instructions to access your app and other materials. Please note, you don't need to have a team to join - we can link you to other learners once you've enrolled.
