As well as benefitting your colleagues individually, Personal Leadership can be run at corporate level to further enhance the personal and collective development experience. Our coach-led pods will enable your team to share their learning and experiences with each other. This builds connections and relationships, enhancing trust and empathy and increasing people's awareness of not only themselves, but also of others that they work with.
Personal Leadership is designed to help people thrive through heightening their self-awareness. The course considers the ‘whole person’ in their ‘whole life’. It helps them to become more fulfilled and in control of themselves, which empowers improvement in both personal and professional capacities.

Each member of your team will have access to their own online learning programme, with up to 8 people forming a coaching pod. They will complete their exercises individually, with 10 x 1-hour group coaching sessions to deepen their discoveries. This shared learning builds connections, increases understanding of others, as well as themselves, and strengthens relationships.
