5-day sprints to help you thrive

Our Personal Leadership coaching programme is designed to bring you clarity, confidence and focus on the goals that you want to achieve. In support of improving your wellbeing and performance, we’ve created three 5-day Sprints based on the three core topics of Personal Leadership to help you get started. These are:


Energy Management: learn how to better understand, calibrate and track your energy so you can be more energised when you need it most. 


Life Balance: gain insights in four key areas of your personal Life-wheel and identify clear, prioritised actions to take you forward in pursuit of your goals.


Personal Charter: explore the 6Rs Framework to better understand the reason, responsibilities, results, roles, relationships and resources that will enable you to lead more powerfully.


The 5-day Sprints will provide you with simple, quick exercises that stimulate thought and help you reflect on key areas of your life that can easily become neglected. They will help you cut through the confusion and create clear actions in core areas of Personal Leadership, enabling you to start focusing on the things that matter most to you.

The Sprints are designed to fit into busy lives by taking just 10 minutes per day and can be tackled with a personal and/or professional focus. You will often find that focusing on one area of your life will have many benefits for other areas too. 

With increased self-awareness being shown to improve communication, develop leadership skills and help people cope better with stress, the Personal Leadership Sprints will help you build your resilience, enhance your wellbeing and improve your performance.
